Terms of Service
1. The service
Predikt provides AI-assisted idea evaluations. Reports are opinions and decision-support tools, not financial, investment, legal or professional advice. Scores and forecasts are not guarantees of success.
2. Accounts and wallets
You must control the account or wallet used to authenticate and pay. You are responsible for account and wallet security, and for checking the receiving address, token and network before sending crypto.
3. Free and paid reports
Free usage is subject to displayed limits. A Validation Sprint purchase grants one full-depth evaluation credit plus report-aware follow-up questions for the delivered report. The credit is consumed only when a valid report is delivered; it is automatically restored when processing fails or the report fails system quality checks.
4. Payments
Founder Beta Validation Sprints cost $9 by card or 9 USDC on the Solana network unless a different price is shown before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible, and funds sent using the wrong token, network, address or amount may be unrecoverable. A purchase is fulfilled only after Predikt verifies the payment.
5. Delivery and withdrawal rights
Paid reports are digital content delivered on request. Before payment, you are asked to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may end once the paid evaluation begins. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact support before using a credit if you believe you are entitled to cancel.
6. Your content and privacy
You retain rights to the idea content you submit and give Predikt permission to process it solely to operate and improve the service. Saved reports are private by default. Using a report’s share action makes that report public. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, interfere with operation or use reports to mislead others. We may limit access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Predikt available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, Predikt is not liable for indirect losses or business decisions based on a report. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
