Privacy Policy
Predikt is the controller for personal data handled through prediktfi.xyz. This policy explains what is processed when you evaluate an idea or pay with crypto.
1. What we collect
- Your public wallet address, authentication signature status and session data.
- The idea information you submit and the report Predikt generates.
- Crypto payment details such as amount, token, network and public transaction signature.
- Basic device, security and usage data. Optional analytics are collected only when configured.
- Messages you send to support.
2. Why we use it
We use this data to authenticate you, generate and save reports, verify payments, prevent abuse, provide support and improve reliability. The legal bases are performance of our agreement, legitimate security and service interests, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Private by default
Saved idea reports are private by default and can be opened only by the authenticated wallet owner. A report becomes public only when the owner explicitly uses its share-link or Share action. Do not submit secrets, private keys or information you are not allowed to share.
4. Service providers and public chains
Data may be processed by infrastructure, database, AI, research, payments and analytics providers used to deliver Predikt, including Vercel, Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Tavily and PostHog when enabled. Crypto payment details are also recorded on the public Solana blockchain. Providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and security
Reports are retained so you can access them until they are deleted or no longer needed to provide the service. Payment and accounting records may be retained where legally required. We use access controls, signed sessions and encrypted transport, but no online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact us from information that lets us verify the relevant wallet or record.
